Producing large round holes (Multi-radius and arc-type tools)

Big arcs, round blanks, round holes etc. can be produced with special tools on rotation machines without problems. The punching sequences are included with the machine programming
software.

Multicut-tool
In order to produce big holes on a rotation machine the Multicut-tool is the favourite choice.
The hole is punched out by rotating the position of the tool and movement of the sheet.

|
The tool can be made with 4 different radii per customer request.
|
|
|
Arc-Tool ( banana shape tool)
For producing a large outside radius or arc (inner arcs are also possible) the arc-tool is the favourite choice.
|
|
|
With this tool a large round hole or part can be produced. The cut out material (middle part) remains on the machine and has to be unloaded.
